The profile pictures show myself before and after! Once I was 100 kilos and led a completely sedentary lifestyle. I was not too fond of exercising and my fitness hit rock bottom. Consequently it took a toll on my health and I was on the brink of an unlikely comeback. Years later with a strong desire to consecrate my life to being the best in self, I wallowed in intensive self personal training and got to where I am right now. At my peak I weigh 68kilos with 10 % bodyfat! It was a huge accomplishment for me and not only do I feel and look good, the quality of my life has improved by notches. Since then I have adopted a healthier living lifestyle by taking pride in eating well and getting my regular dose of exercise.I wish to be an inspiration and blessing to others.
