Rates:
Here are my charges as follows:
10 sessions (@$75/ session) = $750
15 sessions (@$72.50/ session) = $1087.50
20 sessions (@$70/ session) = $1400
25 sessions (@$67.50/ session) = $1687.50
30 sessions (@$65/ session) = $1950
Full payment to be made upfront.
Each session is typically 1 hour. Entrance fee for Clubfitt gyms (@ $2.50) will be covered by yours truly. Just remember to be adequately hydrated and 100% well to undergo MY training!
Credentials:
-BSc. Exercise and Sports Science
-Basic sports massage
-Sports trainer level 1 and sports first aider
-First aid, CPR, AED (trained medic in the SAF)

A BRIEF INFO ON MYSELF
The profile pictures show myself before and after! Once I was 100 kilos and led a completely sedentary lifestyle. I was not too fond of exercising and my fitness hit rock bottom! Consequently it took a toll on my health and I was on the brink of an unlikely comeback. Years later with a strong desire to consecrate my life to being the best in self, I devoted myself in intensive self personal training to an immoderate degree and received the fruits of my hard labour. At my peak I weighed 68kilos with 10 % bodyfat! It was a huge accomplishment for me and not only do I feel and look good, the quality of my life improved by notches. Since then I have adopted a healthier living lifestyle by taking pride in eating well and getting my regular dose of exercise. I wish to be an inspiration and blessing to others.
I am ready to spearhead all efforts in molding and shaping others who need extra help.
